15 boats registered in the 2009 Placencia Fishermen's Day Saltwater Tournament - Colton Reef, Easy Skankin' , Aquatics, Lucille, Rum Runner, Dolphin, Primal Scream, Torrie, Sundowner, Bad Tide, Akeera, Singing Sands, Leonora, Dos Gringos & Kirianna will be heading out in the morning to catch "THE BIG ONES" Good luck ladies & gentlemen!
Booths have been set up and and many are already operational - Tomorrow will be a real food fest - all sorts of dishes are gonna be available - Looks like beside the old favorites like Wendy's Creole Restaurant and Grill N Go you have Indian Food from Saffron's and Korean dishes from Singing Sands - all the stalls have been rented out for the weekend so that means about 70 plus food and arts & craft booths. Something for everyone.
Love FM is broadcasting LIVE throughout the weekend so if for some reason you just can't get here you won't miss out completely. You should try and get here though - the road is FABULOUS right now - many portions are PAVED (hard to believe but true)
The Reject's - a local Placencia band is playing tonight - sponsored by the Tipsy Tuna Sports Bar - where they normally play every Friday night.
