Ceviche, Kabobs & Lobsta' Backs!!!!

This is ceviche, a favorite here in Placencia. It is most often made with conch or sometimes shrimp and served with tortilla chips. It is always spicy and most people can not have just a little..... Of course at Lobsterfest ceviche is made from lobster of course. This is one of those do not miss items!!!!!!

I agree! PLACENCIA LOBSTERFEST ROCKS!!!!!!! So much for us being rained out, poor turn out and the Kendal Bridge stopping the party. Even the CEO of Ministry of Works was here. And we had Gilharry 7! Who was trying to pay them extra to go to the other lobsterfest? We won't call the name of the caye. No need to!!!!!! You know who you are.
